Subscription invoice
A billing period, plan fees billed in advance, metered usage billed in arrears, and a donut chart of spend.
The period band comes first because it is the thing customers query. The prorated seat carries its own explanatory sub-line, and the donut chart reads real JSON numbers from the spend array.
